Low Cost Housing in SWFL is NOT impossible to find

The purchase of this property wasn’t an easy achievement. Internal and external interest for Southwest Florida has been staggering, as of this posts published date. This has produced profound impacts on the region—that I can't get into complete detail today.

But hey… What’s not to love about pleasurable weather and engaging amenities all year long!

My client had a limited budget, condition not experienced alone. Securing the incredibly affordable 8 Meadow Rue Ct required a keen awareness of all new homes that hit the market. The search encompassed the cities of Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, anything inspection grade, and under $140,000.

I can’t forget to mention how the client and deal were aided by having one of the best mortgage lending professionals in Florida: Nick Infiesto. I've been working with Nick for some time now, and I can only speak highly of his efforts.

What helped seal the deal?

Being an expert in Lehigh Acres real estate. The listing agent was a fellow Realtor and business friend, which allowed for easier passage of the offer contract.

Don't misunderstand me… Communication of the friendly and mild-mannered type, as I've detailed, doesn't guarantee the acceptance of an offer. Any agent that does engage in such practices is doing a disservice to their client, and isn't acting in the ethical interest of all parties, nor the community at large.

In effect, the listing agent and I had the benefit of commonality, so we cordially checked that all applicable documentation was processed accordingly. This can make the contract more attractable to the property owner because the buyer seems serious.
